At Aspire Foundation, we want students and parents to feel comfortable and satisfied with our LIVE Online Foundation Classes. We believe that students and parents should have the opportunity to understand our teaching method before making a payment and enrolling in our program.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains our educational program, fee structure, enrollment process, cancellation process and refund process in simple terms.
1. Our Educational Services
Aspire Foundation provides LIVE Online Foundation Classes for students from Class 7 to Class 10.
Our Foundation Program is designed as a 1 Year Educational Program to help students build a strong academic foundation from an early stage.
The program focuses on helping students improve their understanding of important academic concepts and prepare themselves for their school education and future academic goals, including preparation for examinations such as JEE, NEET, Olympiads and Board Examinations.
Our classes are conducted online through Google Meet.
2. FREE 7-Day LIVE Demo Classes
Before asking students or parents to enroll in our paid program, Aspire Foundation provides FREE LIVE Online Demo Classes for 7 days.
During these demo classes, students and parents can understand our teaching method, attend the LIVE classes and decide whether our educational program is suitable for the student.
We encourage students and parents to enroll only after attending the demo classes and being satisfied with our teaching and LIVE online learning experience.
3. Program Duration and Fee Structure
Aspire Foundation's Foundation Program is a 1 Year Educational Program.
To provide flexibility and convenience to students and parents, we do not require the complete 1-year program fee to be paid at one time.
Instead, the program fee is collected for a period of 3 months at a time.

After completing one 3-month fee period, the student and parent are free to decide whether they wish to continue with the program for the next 3 months.
If the student and parent wish to continue, they can pay ₹1,999/- for the next 3-month period.
If the student or parent does not wish to continue after the completed 3-month period, they are not required to make the next payment.
There is no compulsory payment for the next 3-month period unless the student or parent chooses to continue with the program.
4. Enrollment and Payment
After attending the FREE 7-Day LIVE Demo Classes, interested students can enroll in the Aspire Foundation LIVE Online Foundation Program.
The current enrollment fee is ₹1,999/- for a period of 3 months.
After successful payment and enrollment, the student can join the applicable LIVE Online Foundation Classes conducted through Google Meet.
Parents or students are advised to keep their payment receipt or payment transaction details for future reference.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Even after enrollment and joining our LIVE Online Foundation Classes, if a student or parent feels that the classes are not suitable for them, are not worth continuing, or if they are simply not interested in continuing with Aspire Foundation, they can request cancellation and a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation and refund request must be made within 15 days from the date of payment made for the student's enrollment.
In other words, the refund request must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date on which the program fee was paid.
After successful verification of the student's enrollment and payment details, we will provide a full refund of the applicable program fee paid.
6. Refund Request Period

The 15-day refund period is counted separately for each payment made for a 3-month period.
For example, if a student continues with the program after the first 3 months and makes a new payment for the next 3-month period, a new 15-day refund request period will apply from the date of that new payment.
7. How to Request a Refund
The cancellation and refund process is simple.
Step 1: Contact Aspire Foundation
The student or parent should contact Aspire Foundation through our official contact details within 15 days from the date of payment.

Step 2: Share Student and Payment Details
To help us verify the enrollment and payment, the following details may be requested:
- Student's Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Date of Payment
- Payment Details or Transaction ID
Step 3: Verification
After receiving the cancellation and refund request, Aspire Foundation will verify the student's enrollment and payment details.
Step 4: Refund Processing Timeline
After successful verification, the refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 working days.
Wherever possible, the refund will be sent through the original payment method used for making the payment.
Step 5: Refund Completion
After the refund has been initiated, the time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the bank, payment gateway or payment service provider.
8. Continuing the Program After 3 Months
Aspire Foundation provides the flexibility of paying the program fee every 3 months instead of requiring the complete 1-year program fee at one time.
At the end of each 3-month fee period, the student and parent can decide whether they wish to continue with the LIVE Online Foundation Program.
If they wish to continue, the applicable fee of ₹1,999/- can be paid for the next 3-month period.
If they do not wish to continue, no further payment is required.
This payment structure is provided to give flexibility and convenience to students and parents.
9. No Physical Products, Shipping or Replacement
Aspire Foundation provides online educational services and LIVE Online Foundation Classes.
We do not sell, deliver or ship any physical products, books, printed study materials or other physical items to students or parents.
Therefore, shipping, physical delivery, return and replacement policies are not applicable to our educational services.
All payments received by Aspire Foundation are towards enrollment in our LIVE Online Educational Program.
10. Cancellation or Changes by Aspire Foundation
In rare situations, Aspire Foundation may need to make changes to the class schedule, batch or program due to academic requirements, technical issues or other unavoidable circumstances.
Wherever possible, we will inform students and parents and try to provide a suitable alternative arrangement.
If Aspire Foundation is unable to provide the educational service for which payment has been made, students or parents can contact us regarding the applicable cancellation and refund process.
11. Our Experience So Far
Till date, we are happy to say that our students and parents have been satisfied with the LIVE Online Classes conducted by Aspire Foundation through Google Meet, and we have not received any refund request from any student or parent so far.
Our main aim is to provide quality education and ensure that students and parents feel comfortable and satisfied with our classes.
12. Changes to This Policy
Aspire Foundation may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time if required. Any updated version of this policy will be published on this website.
