Welcome to Aspire Foundation. By accessing our website, enrolling in our educational program, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
We request students and parents to read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in our LIVE Online Foundation Classes.
1. About Aspire Foundation
Aspire Foundation provides LIVE Online Foundation Classes and educational guidance for students from Class 7 to Class 10.
Our Foundation Program is designed as a 1 Year Educational Program with the aim of helping students build a strong academic foundation and improve their understanding of important academic concepts.
Our classes are conducted online through Google Meet and other online communication methods, wherever applicable.
2. FREE 7-Day LIVE Demo Classes
Aspire Foundation provides students with FREE LIVE Online Demo Classes for 7 days before enrollment in the paid program.
The purpose of the demo classes is to allow students and parents to understand our teaching method and experience the LIVE Online Classes before making a payment.
Enrollment in the paid program is voluntary and students or parents may decide whether they wish to continue after attending the demo classes.
3. Program Duration and Fee Structure
Aspire Foundation's Foundation Program is designed for a total duration of 1 year.
To provide flexibility and convenience to students and parents, the complete 1-year program fee is not required to be paid at one time.
Instead, the fee is collected for a period of 3 months at a time.

After completing one 3-month fee period, the student or parent may decide whether they wish to continue with the program for the next 3-month period.
If they wish to continue, the applicable fee for the next 3-month period can be paid.
If they do not wish to continue after the completed fee period, no further payment is required.
There is no automatic compulsory renewal or requirement to pay for the next 3-month period unless the student or parent chooses to continue.
4. Student Enrollment
Students and parents should provide correct and complete information during the enrollment process.
- Student information should be accurate and genuine.
- Parents or guardians should provide valid contact details.
- Students should provide a valid mobile number for receiving class-related information.
- Enrollment is confirmed after successful payment verification.
- Students are advised to keep their payment receipt or transaction details for future reference.
5. LIVE Online Classes
Aspire Foundation provides LIVE Online Classes primarily through Google Meet.
Students are expected to join the classes using the information provided by Aspire Foundation and follow the applicable class schedule.
- Students should maintain discipline during LIVE classes.
- Students should respect teachers and fellow students.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour during classes is not permitted.
- Students should follow reasonable instructions given by teachers during academic sessions.
- Recording, sharing or distributing LIVE class content without permission is not allowed.
6. Technical Requirements
Since our educational services are delivered online, students are responsible for arranging the basic requirements needed to attend LIVE Online Classes.
- A stable internet connection.
- A smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer.
- Access to Google Meet.
- A valid mobile number for receiving important class-related updates.
Aspire Foundation will make reasonable efforts to assist students with class-related access issues. However, problems caused by the student's personal internet connection, device or third-party service may be outside our direct control.
7. Educational Content and Intellectual Property
Educational content, notes, presentations, class materials and other learning resources provided by Aspire Foundation are intended only for the enrolled student's personal educational use.
Students and parents should not copy, sell, reproduce, publicly distribute or commercially use Aspire Foundation's educational content without permission.
Recording or distributing LIVE classes without permission is also not permitted.
8. Fees, Cancellation and Refunds
The current fee for one 3-month period of the Foundation Program is ₹1,999/-.
Aspire Foundation provides flexibility to students and parents by collecting fees every 3 months instead of requiring the complete 1-year program fee at one time.

Students or parents who wish to cancel enrollment and request a refund must submit the request within 15 calendar days from the date of payment.
After successful verification of the student's enrollment and payment details, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
A separate 15-day refund request period applies to each new payment made for a subsequent 3-month period.

9. Student Code of Conduct
Students enrolled with Aspire Foundation are expected to:
- Attend classes regularly as far as possible.
- Join LIVE classes on time.
- Respect teachers, staff members and fellow students.
- Maintain proper discipline during online sessions.
- Avoid disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
- Use online learning platforms responsibly.
In cases of serious misconduct or repeated violation of reasonable class rules, Aspire Foundation may take appropriate action regarding the student's participation in the LIVE Online Classes.
10. No Guarantee of Specific Results
Aspire Foundation aims to provide quality education, guidance and academic support to students.
However, educational results may differ from student to student. We do not guarantee any specific examination marks, ranks, admissions or other academic results.
A student's academic progress depends on several factors, including attendance, individual effort, practice and participation in the learning process.
11. Privacy and Student Information
Information provided by students or parents may be used for enrollment, educational administration, class communication and other purposes related to providing our educational services.

12. Changes to Classes or Schedule
Aspire Foundation may make reasonable changes to class schedules, batches or academic arrangements when required due to academic, technical or other unavoidable circumstances.
Wherever reasonably possible, students and parents will be informed about important changes.
13. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
Aspire Foundation may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time if required. Any updated version will be published on this website.
