Aspire Foundation provides educational services through online platforms. We provide LIVE Online Foundation Classes for students and do not sell, ship or deliver any physical products through our website.
This policy explains how our educational services are delivered to students after enrollment and successful payment.
1. Nature of Our Services
Aspire Foundation provides LIVE Online Foundation Classes for students from Class 7 to Class 10.
Our Foundation Program is designed as a 1 Year Educational Program. To provide flexibility and convenience to students and parents, the program fee is collected for 3 months at a time.
The current fee is ₹1,999/- for each 3-month period. After completion of a 3-month period, the student or parent can decide whether they wish to continue with the program for the next 3 months.
All payments received by Aspire Foundation are towards enrollment in our LIVE Online Educational Program. We do not sell or deliver physical products, books or merchandise through our website.
2. FREE 7-Day LIVE Demo Classes
Before enrollment in the paid program, Aspire Foundation provides students with FREE LIVE Online Demo Classes for 7 days.
These demo classes allow students and parents to understand our teaching method and LIVE online learning experience before making a payment for enrollment.
Students and parents can choose to enroll in the paid program after attending the demo classes.
3. Delivery of LIVE Online Educational Services
After successful payment and enrollment, the student will be provided with the necessary information to participate in the applicable LIVE Online Foundation Classes.
Our educational services may be delivered through the following communication and online platforms:
- Google Meet for LIVE Online Classes.
- Email communication for important information, where applicable.
- Mobile or WhatsApp communication for class-related updates.
- Class-related online information or learning resources, where applicable.
The method of communication may depend on the student's batch, class schedule and academic requirements.
4. Service Delivery Timeline
After successful payment, Aspire Foundation will verify the student's enrollment and provide the required information for joining the applicable LIVE Online Classes.

We make reasonable efforts to provide students with the required class and joining information in a timely manner after successful enrollment.
5. No Physical Shipping or Delivery
Aspire Foundation does not currently sell, ship or deliver any physical products through courier, postal services or any other physical delivery method.
We do not sell physical books, merchandise or other physical items to students or parents through this website.
Therefore, shipping charges, courier delivery, physical product returns, replacements and exchange policies are not applicable to our educational services.
Our educational services are delivered online through LIVE classes and online communication platforms.
6. Technical Requirements for Students
Since our classes are conducted online, students are responsible for having the basic technical requirements necessary to attend the LIVE Online Classes.
Students should have:
- A stable internet connection.
- A smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer.
- Access to Google Meet.
- A valid and active mobile number for receiving important updates.
Where required, students or parents should also provide correct contact details so that class-related information can be communicated.
7. Delays or Technical Issues
While Aspire Foundation makes reasonable efforts to provide timely access to our LIVE Online Classes and related information, there may occasionally be delays due to payment verification, technical issues, internet connectivity problems or other unavoidable circumstances.
In such situations, students or parents may contact Aspire Foundation through our official contact details for assistance.
8. Fee Period and Continuation of Services
Aspire Foundation's complete Foundation Program is designed for a period of 1 year. However, students and parents are not required to pay the complete 1-year fee at one time.
The current fee of ₹1,999/- covers one 3-month fee period.
After completion of the 3-month period, the student or parent can decide whether they wish to continue with the program.
If they wish to continue, the applicable fee can be paid for the next 3-month period. If they do not wish to continue, no further payment is required.
There is no automatic compulsory renewal or requirement to make payment for the next 3-month period unless the student or parent chooses to continue.
9. Cancellation and Refund

Students or parents who wish to cancel their enrollment and request a refund should refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
As per our standard Cancellation & Refund Policy, a cancellation and refund request must be made within 15 calendar days from the date of payment for the applicable enrollment period.
10. Changes to This Policy
Aspire Foundation may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time if required. Any updated version of this policy will be published on this website.
